EDIT STUDENT NAMES

This feature can edit the names of any students within the Key Keeper's building. Using the [Edit Class] option located in the Keeper Tools, the Key Keeper can correct misspelled names, removed the names of dropped students, or add the names of new students to any classroom within their building. This feature is especially useful when a student transfers from one teacher's class to another's.

To MODIFY an Existing Student Name:

Steps:
1) Click [View Class] option in “Keeper Tools.”
2) Select teacher of student and click [Submit] button.
3) Click [Edit Class] option at the top of screen.
4) Select student to be modified and then click [Submit] button.
5) Type first AND last name, (Both must be entered) and click [Submit].
6) Click [Back] option to return to “Keeper Tools” main page.

To REMOVE a Student from a Class:

Steps:
1) Click [View Class] option in “Keeper Tools.”
2) Select teacher of student and click [Submit] button.
3) Click [Edit Class] option at the top of screen.
4) Select student to be removed and click [Submit] button.
5) Type NA in name cell, (either cell will work) and click [Submit].
6) Click [Back] option to return to “Keeper Tools” main page.

To ADD a Student to a Teacher's Class:

Steps:
1) Click [View Class] option in “Keeper Tools.”
2) Select teacher of student and click [Submit] button.
3) Click [Edit Class] option at the top of screen.
4) Select cell with NA and then click [Submit] button.
5) Type first AND last name, (Both must be entered) and [Submit].
6) Click [Back] option to return to “Keeper Tools” main page.
