1) If the district is more than 20% BEHIND its daily reading goal, then the READ-O-METER will register around the “S” (Slow) range. 2) If the district is within 20% of MEETING its daily reading goal, then the READ-O-METER will register around the “M” (Medium) range. 3) If the district is EXCEEDING its daily reading goal by more than 20%, then the READ-O-METER will register in the “F” (Fast) range. |
