Keeper Overview:
The Key Keeper can lookup
the Usernames and Passwords
of every individual in the
school, so the task is
usually given to a media
specialist or lead teacher
in the building. Prior to
starting a journey, the Key
Keeper usually prints (2)
class lists for every
classroom in their school;
one copy is given to the
teacher and the other is
kept on file (Teachers can
print their own class lists
if they wish).

The Key Keeper's action
button is located just below
the status bar. It activates
the Keeper Tools page when
clicked. The main page of
the Keeper Tools feature
displays the login
information of every teacher
in the building. Option
buttons located on the top
of the Keeper Tools page
provides access student
information and other
features as well. |

Teacher Overview:
The Teacher is the key
link between students and
the Go-Joe Reader Program.
Although teachers never have
to type student names,
usernames, passwords, etc,
they have several
time-saving options
available to them to help
efficiently manage the
success of the Program.

The Teacher's action button
is located just below the
status bar. This button
accesses the Teacher Tools
page. Options within the
Teacher Tools feature
provide teachers with the
ability to enter individual
student reading minutes,
create mass reading entries,
print parent information
sheets, print student login
information, and edit
student names. |

Student Overview:
Every student participating
in the Go-Joe Reader Program
will receive either a Class
Password (K-2), or a
Username and Password (3-6),
depending on their grade
level. Students should use
their unique login
information whenever they
enter reading minutes. This
ensures the reading minutes
are properly placed on the
server so their class, and
the individual student,
receives the credit. |
